We Help Protect Your Most Valuable Asset
To protect your investment and ensure your property will be well maintained, we obtain credit and criminal records, rental or ownership history and personal references, as well as verify employment history prior to accepting a tenant.
Our responsibilities don’t end when we find a tenant. We handle all the paperwork including executing the lease and renewal agreements. We collect rents and provide a detailed statement with your rent proceeds. We also schedule necessary repairs and maintenance, and can pay any necessary bills.
We Keep You Informed
Our full service management team issues monthly and year end accounting statements.
We keep you advised of repair and maintenance activities, as well as tenant changes. We also keep you informed of market changes, so you can make necessary rental adjustments at the end of your tenant’s lease.
We Tailor to Your Needs
Aside from our full service property management, we offer what is called our ‘Lease Only’ service. This service allows you to utilize our expertise to place a tenant in your property allowing you to take on the monthly management.
