A bit about me

I've been in this business full time for 14 years now, but have lived with it at the dinner table as long as I can remember. My father started a real estate office when I was 7 years old, and 14 years ago I joined him as a sales associate in our Mount Vernon office. After about five years of selling, we had the opportunity to buy the Anacortes Windermere office, and we jumped at it. Since that time I've been here in Anacortes running the office. My dad stayed in Mount Vernon and continued running that office until last year when my brother Josh took over the reigns there, together we co-own and operate the two offices. I love the business, I love the people, heading to the office in the morning is a treat, not a job.

I have done everything from home and land sales, condo and new construction, to development work and commercial sales and leasing. I`ve even built my own duplex and ran several rentals I owned. In addition to the state-mandated ongoing education hours, I have my Broker`s license and have also completed an Accredited Buyers Representative course, as buyer representation is a growing part of our business. Since I now manage our Anacortes office and it`s 30 agents, I no longer actively sell residential real estate, I do however sell and lease commercial real estate. If residential real estate help is what you are after, I have not only the 30 agents in Anacortes, but another 38 in Mount Vernon to refer you to. I will happily match you with an agent who specializes in the type of property, and area you are looking in. Give me a call; I`m happy to speak with you about your real estate needs, whatever they may be.

When I go home

Outside of real estate I'm a person who loves the outdoors, lucky me, I live in the most amazing community for the outdoorsy type. I love to bike, run, hike, scuba dive, snowboard, fish and on down the line. If it involves being outdoors and being active, I'm in. I have a 8 year old son Christopher who is my hero, he is the most amazing person in the world. I know the trails and places in Skagit County for doing those outdoor activities as well as a few local sites for diving, so if you're interested I'm happy to point you in the right direction for your own activities.
