For Sale, Sold and Pended in Anacortes

This graph shows the number of active residential listings in Anacortes per month, the number that were put under contract (Pended) and the number of previously pended properties that closed.

As you can see there are several good things happening with the market in Anacortes. First, inventory is down a bit from our all time high back in August, this is a good thing. If you don’t NEED to sell, enjoy your house and lets get through the inventory of those than need to sell.  Second, Pendings have remained at or around the 20 per month number since May of 2009; beats the heck out of the previous months which were dismal. We are up 200% from a year ago in the Pending catagory - this is great news, the market is actually moving again!
