If you will describe the house you want to buy, I'll help you find it. I will check new listings on the Multiple Listing Service several times each day and preview homes that are new on the market. When we've found the right home for you, we'll put together your best offer. I’ll present it to the seller or seller’s agent. I’ll negotiate for your terms. Once the property is "under contract," I’ll arrange for the home inspection and stay with you while it’s being done. I’ll help you find financing, a title company, and other services you may need.

If you are planning to sell your home, I will prepare an analysis of the value of your home compared to other homes in the area that have sold recently. I'll help you to get ready for showings. I will prepare and implement a very active marketing plan. We have the best Web presence in the industry! I advertise my listings in publications such as The Real Estate Book and appropriate newspapers. With signage and flyers at the property, your house will have great visibility.
