$100,000 Challenge

R ecently a group of our agents went through an exercise wherein each agent had $100,000  of play money to spend, and good credit. They were asked to answer the question; If you had these funds, what is the best value on the market and why? At our weekly meeting the agents presented the best buys in the Anacortes/La Conner market and there were some absolutely amazing buys available.
